Join us to explore the qualities of daily, monthly and yearly cycles to assist our bodies in rebalancing, through diet, lifestyle and yoga! We will explore the imbalances of PMS and peri-menopause that maybe disrupting monthly and yearly cycles. Women of all ages are welcome, to learn how Ayurveda can assist in balancing the cycles of life. Bring your mum, daughter, sister or friend. Morning 1:Join in to learn the basics of the Ayurvedic bodily constitutional typing and how Ayurveda looks at our human systems, focusing on the female reproductive system – Artava. We will also discuss Kala(Time) and the seasons of our life. Afternoon 1:The afternoon session focuses on both the balanced and the imbalanced cycles and how they are interpreted in Ayurveda. The afternoon will end with a yoga session specifically pertaining to reproductive health of women. Morning 2:The morning class will present ways to balance thru food choices and lifestyle. You will understand your changing nutritional and hormonal needs and how new to adjust your daily routine accordingly Afternoon 2:The
closing session will include a review and practice of the yoga poses
and pranayama. You will anchor and take home hidden secrets for daily
health, happiness and vitality.
