All classes include careful postural adjustments and guided relaxation, & close with a short meditation. See how yoga can enhance your life. You will learn the key foundations to any yoga practice and how to apply them on and off your yoga mat. This workshop integrates the whole being with special emphasis on breath and relaxation postures to free your spine and nervous system from a lifetime of holding. All levels welcome. Morning 1: Opening the GatewaysJoin us for a dynamic practice using Kundalini Kriya's and an ingenious sequence of pranayama combined with postures to get the energy flowing. Afternoon 1: Stretching with a Deeper AwarenessThis class will be a slower, deeper flow, with attention to the subtly of each posture. Morning 2: Awakening the WarriorThis is a flowing sequence designed to build heat and endurance, testing your will to remain focused and present.
